Account & Data Deletion

Request deletion of your account and associated data

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your SpeedUp+ account, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, display name)
  • Your account credentials
  • Your personal match history
  • Your league memberships
  • Any personal preferences or settings

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Anonymized match data may be retained for league historical records
  • Other players' match records will show "Deleted User" instead of your name
  • You will lose access to all leagues and statistics immediately

How to Delete Your Account

Delete from the App

  1. Open the SpeedUp+ app
  2. Go to your Profile/Settings
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision
  5. Your account will be deleted immediately

Email Request

If you're unable to access the app, send an email request:

Email: support@speedup.plus

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include in your email:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your username or display name
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account

We will process your request within 7 business days.

Data Retention After Deletion

After you delete your account:

  • Immediately removed: Your personal information, login credentials, and profile data
  • Anonymized and retained: Match results and league statistics (anonymized to maintain league integrity)
  • Backups: Data may persist in backups for up to 30 days before permanent deletion
